10 bell peppers
2 finely chopped green peppers.
1 cup of bulgur
1 tablespoon of dried mint
1 teaspoon dried mint
2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon of raisins
1 tablespoon of currants

Remove the stems of the peppers, remove the seeds thoroughly.
